Hi there We added ducted refrigerated air con to our old house which was probably about 14 years old at time of doing it. Hi All Just wondering if anybody has an idea of the cost to install a rangehood and duct it out through the roof. I can purchase a ducting kit for about $200. I assume a plumber would be required for this. I'm in Highlands Estate, Craigieburn Vic. Thanks

Not sure about other states, but in Victoria, its conveyancer only for land, not build. We purchased land seperately, and then chose a builder. We didnt do house and land package. It cost us I think $800 for conveyancy on land. We used an excellent conveyancy company in Melbourne if this is useful f...

We are using ARB Homes in Melbourne, building in Craigieburn, Highlands. They have been fantastic and not expensive compared to some of the volume builders. Recommend people talk to them. We only paid $700 to upgrade our bricks, where as other builders wanted $8,000.
