Hi, It's 4 bedroom house with swimming pool. Just want to seek advise on the best approach: 1. one stop solution to a renovation builder company. or 2. get job done one by one by different tradies? What's the pros and cons? time-wise and money-wise? Thanks for your help!

Hi, I am not sure if I can install a 180cm 6ft satellite dish to watch TV in GF? Does it need neighbor or council's approval? If I don't go through council, as long as neighbor has no issue, fine?

I built a new home a few months ago and just found there is a chipped brick near door of garage. I suspect it was damaged when building the driveway. Builder told me they would not fix it for me as who caused it is unknown. Not sure if it's easy to replace this chipped brick? I'll do landscape soon,...

We installed timber floor after settlement, the original tacked skirting board was removed and re-tacked, it looks bad. So we decide to re-install it, got a quote from builder's carpenter, $600 for around 40m, is it too expensive or any carpenter can be recommended in the area? Thanks.

To be honest, there are lots of homes in GF which have not landscaped and they have been in for over 2-3 years. As for extra costs. I wouldn't know. We did our own landscaping and it...
Thanks a lot. Now we will try to do slowing and DIY:)
