Currently w are in for approval with our estate which from all reports should be signed off early next week and then into council We cant submit via CDC so its the old fashioned way for us unfortunately.

Carak, Our bock has 2.5m of fall and that is across the buildng envelope!! Our design with Zen has 1000mm step down in it so wen you enter the rear half of the house we will have 3650mm ceilings. Its better to design your house around the fall of your land, saves on site costs, DEB's etc.

Hey Guys, We have been conditionally approved by our lender to build our house but rejected by LMI for servicability as they will not consider an allowance i get while working away from home.
