You would be best off ringing the sales office for that as i believe the person responsible for the building and siting requirements changes every so often.

I would contact LL and ask them for the response in writing. You probably shouldn't as the Building and Siting Requirements would only allow for the current fence, but who knows with LL, they seem to do as they want at times

Thanks for that. I love the bit where it says to inject round up into the Kikuyu runner and DO NOT stab and inject yourself with the round up!!!!! Anyone else got anything? Was hoping there may have been something a little easier to be honest, i am probably just being lazy though

That is right, the same façade cant be used within 5 homes per the BSR's. Its pretty loose though I reckon as there are numerous homes in one part that look quite similar I just re read the BSR's for Highlands it doesn't appear that a stone feature is part of them so it seems I may have misread them...

They still have the same BSR booklet on their website so as far as I am concerned that's what I would need to build to. If its not they need to change it. This is the problem with this estate, they chop and change as they see fit. Its not like homes go up over night and you move in within a week of ...
