GREAT NEWS!!! Congratulations!! Amazing that it sold so quickly! Hope it all goes through as planned :) If you find a good painter who uses good paints and is reasonably priced please share :D Although, I shouldn't be so lazy and maybe do some of my own research.... But what is H1 for otherwise!

Oh, I have a fence!!! I have a couple of pics, but they're in my mobile phone, so will have to download and upload, etc later! I have to contact the fencing contractor though as the fence just appeared one day..... They never even tried contacting me! I need a gate at the back and they didn't allow ...
