Hi all, Just dropping by to give an update 5 months after handover. 3 months maintenance was done last month with minor fixing they changed some uneven tiles in the powder room and in the dining area some grouts are removed if you clean it so they fixed it all. our bathroom heater didn't light up on...

Thanks McLaren, Yes I love plants especially with flowers, i was a florist for 10 years in hongkong. My favourite colour is red but i use very sparingly for decoration I love greens looks very fresh , I can't wait for the lawn to finish so i can grow my plants and trees this weather doesn't help tho...

Don't get too stressed ... people will understand you have a lot on your plate. Can you tell everyone to bring a plate to make it easier for you? Wish I can tell them to bring a plate. Hi LynneY, We built with Dechellis and we supplied our freestanding electric oven with gas top and we got a rebate of $2500 from the contract price and dechellis installed it for us for free so i think you can negotiate with your sales consultant
