Just to caution everyone who’s building with PD – be very carefull,, DO NOT TRUST THEM.. So many delays and excuses after we’ve paid them 90% of the contract..very incomepent – we completed the lockup stage on the 15th of JULY..since then they’ve been dragging it on and on..BSS inspection delayed 4 ...

Hi,,, First time poster(??), long time browser! Building the Cannonvale 26 in Hawkstowe. We have completed frame stage. Onto our 5th(or 6th) Admin Cordinator - but they've all been good..SS is friendly and seems to be on top of everything..Pretty happy with PD till yesterday.. Had my 1st inspection ...
