Supposed to have started building, but nothing has happened as yet. I'm a bit annoyed as the start date has slipped from end of January to end of February and now we're heading towards the end of March and still nothing. Will be trying to get hold of Dave today to find out what is going on.

That price included a lot of extras as well so i'm confident in thinking that you'd be able to get something for much less. Don't forget the plan we have is a heavily modified Matilda house which is a great design in itself. I'd be surprised if they couldn't give you a good price on something.

@lasttimehopefully The approx cost of the house is 400k. Its just short of 50sq all up, about 37 of that is living, the rest being garage/entertaining area and balconies. I think they're open again on the 18th if I remember correctly.
