We're building with them. Complete and utter regret. Never again. The biggest issue - they could not do what was agreed in the contract. Blamed their own draftsman. We had to revisit the plans, find an alternative solution and pay extra on top of what we already paid for what was not delivered. Cons...

...on Dec 23rd @ 8:10pm our little girl Madeline Johanna arrived into this world :D She is such a joy ...Hopefully by the time Maddie is 6 months we will be in our new, amazing house. Too exciting! Congrates guys! What a lovely Christmas present you got for yourselves this year! :) All the best!

hay guys have a look at urbansedge homes! we are building with them and they will change the drawings to what u want :) Thanks, their designs do look good :) but we want a double storey house, and i couldn't see any on their website.

if u look at all the lots it states that a 5x5 tree has to be planted in the front and back yard off every lot! Yep, I also noticed that. :D

Greetings, neighbours! Gosh, am I glad my wife found this thread or what??!!! I read some of the posts and before I did I thought we were the only ones having problems with the land we bought! We bought lot 212 in Dec 2009 and finally are to settle end of Nov 2010! Just wonder how Australand gets aw...
