We're building with them. Complete and utter regret. Never again. The biggest issue - they could not do what was agreed in the contract. Blamed their own draftsman. We had to revisit the plans, find an alternative solution and pay extra on top of what we already paid for what was not delivered. Cons...

hay guys have a look at urbansedge homes! we are building with them and they will change the drawings to what u want :) Thanks, their designs do look good :) but we want a double storey house, and i couldn't see any on their website.

if u look at all the lots it states that a 5x5 tree has to be planted in the front and back yard off every lot! Yep, I also noticed that. :D
