Yes you do, can't remember how much but the standard is to just vent into the roof space! I'm not a very happy camper right now!

I've been in my house now for about 16 months and have just discovered that my range vent is not connected to the outside as I paid for. Everything is up there, the vent is done etc, but the two are not connected. Any idea who I should contact at PD to dispute this?

The planes don't bother me at all, I used to live near Moorabbin airport so this is much less. Given the air base has been there for years there is really no basis to lodge a complaint I don't think, they were there before the estate existed

Definitely feels like home! All in all a fab house but I'm extremely disappointed with PD. I urge everyone to delay handover unless things are perfect. I am still waiting on resolutions and am now due for my 3 month maintenance!
