Yes! All house dramas sorted although we have had some foundation movement which has caused some cracked tiles but nothing too major. Its nice to finally enjoy the new house (although not so new anymore!!)

Like Jessie, we had problems with the actron airconditioner we purchased from Commercial air but to their credit, everytime we raised the issues, they dealt with it quickly and professionally which we were happy about (even though the issues were painful). the airconditioner is now running perfectly...

We ended up going with Panorama Concrete. Great response, the best quote by far and their work was top class. They have a long warranty - we ended up choosing exposed aggregate but they have lots of options. Plus, you can pop into their office & have a look at examples.

That's quick, we were a few hours as we went through everything they had to do for PCI. Also, they figured out the keys didnt work so they had to get a locksmith out! :) Congrats - so exciting for you!!!!!!!
