Hi there, we built with Dechellis and have been in our home for just over a year now. Like you, we started off with the Wild Orchid and ended up with our own design! On some quick points that you have raised so far: * I love my chocolate tiled floors in the bathrooms! I have long dark brown hair and...

We have been in nearly 15 months and only have 1 item remaining now which occurred after we moved in but it took at least 12 months to get some of our issues finally resolved. We had some "wooshing" sound coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and DH knew it had to do with the sarking not...

Well done Jessie - so happy that things are starting to happen. Persistence is always the key and you have been very patient but firm in your requests. I think most of the time, people just hope these "issues" go away but if you are anything like me, a dog with a bone always persists!

I know - I have been very slack but everytime I think about taking a photo, the grass requires mowing so I decide to wait and then I completely forget! It may also have something to do with being 7 months pregnant now!!!!!!!!!!

We ended up going with Panorama Concrete. Great response, the best quote by far and their work was top class. They have a long warranty - we ended up choosing exposed aggregate but they have lots of options. Plus, you can pop into their office & have a look at examples.

WO - sounds like you are doing the right thing. We were really strict on things and made mention of issues all the way along. Luckily we lived 1km down the road so I dropped in everyday.
