I also saw these... just read the site, and it comes to mind; what if i brought a butane torch and heated it to over 60°C? hell, in direct aussie summer sunlight any metal surface will reach that.. unless the zinc coating keeps it cool? .... thoughts?

Yes, strict instructions to keep the bath ;) Thats not going to be needed for a while at least, but yeah... she wouldn't have a bar of it =D Study has to stay also for my racing cockpit. :lol: It's 'tiny' but it will be my media hub for sharing foxtel, mp3's, controlling some of the projector video ...

Yes the block is a good shape. 16 m frontage my 32m, rectangle. Next to the end of the court which is irregular and a monsterous 1100sqm. It seems to be a really great buy so far. thanks guys. I've been looking around, and still not sure to go land then house, or house and land. i have my eye on a 512sqm block in a court in rose grange estate. park opposite. Perfect area, and good price @ $113,000. What sort of site costs are to be expected in this area does anyone know?
