Hi joyfulbuiler We are looking at building in Seascapes too! Do you know how much the siteworks are for the blocks there as I have been told to expect to pay up to $15K as there is additional work required due to the coastal conditions. Have you been told the same? I was hoping to have the house com...

No. We have been living there for 12 months and no problems at all. I have heard that some builders try to get their clients to not go with them so they pick a cheaper range of tiles for no credit. They are a great product. I am sure if they leak its probably due to poor laying.

See if you can use your paving allowance elsewhere. For exmaple to put paths around the house or to extend your alfresco paving. Otherwise the credit you get back is so small.

Hi Nicole You are better to dispute the valuation. The bank may have just done an online valuation which means that they just look at sold prices in your area. However if you are able to get the bank to do a driveby or and on site valuation you might be able to push the valuation up a little. Or you...

Hi We built with Celebration Homes and moved in March 2011 and we are happy with our place. The build quality is great. We built the Regal (it was a display now closed). As far as build times ours worked out to be about 7 months. Good Luck.

The main point of my question: are you better off with less inclusions from APG/WBH/Summit/RedInk than with "everything under the sun" from "Homebuyers" for the same amount of money... My answer is NO! Absolutely not. You can build with a more expensive builder and you will get t...

We have one of these and yes they do require a little more cleaning. However they look amazing. Ours has not scratched and if you use a soft cloth with windex it always looks nice and smear free. Ours cost $1650 installed for just over 3 metres.
