We are thinking of laying Big River Timber (Engineered Spotted Gum 1 Strip, direct stick), has anyone used this timber before? If so how is the quality?

Thank for the reply, Vinyl Planks are not considered as Engineered Timber. Engineered timeber is more expensive than Solid Timber but it's cheaper to lay. Solid timber is so expensie to lay.

We also went to Carpet Call, they have an Engineered Timber called Brazilian Blue Gum ( $115m2 installed), which we couldn't find anywhere else. Closest we could get was Sydney Blue Gum. If you have seen it anywhere else please let me know. Yeah I am leaning towards Engineered Timber as well. .
