Apologies all, havent been on here for ages. Intelligent life now advise that they only manufacture. all repairs and servicing is done by third party businesses, they gave me a contact for one and when i called them they said that they didnt. The ac is overdue for a service by 2 years - and i have ...
I wonder if they offer upgrade on the controllers and associated items aka brains of the a/c to the advantage air system...

Anyone reading this thread still? I have one with accent air three phase 16kw unit and it cools and heats but sometimes the unit stops for some minutes and it has not reached temp yet. I understand that in winter, that this is likely due to defrost activation on the outdoor unit. but in summer? The ...

Hi. Just wondered if anyone got the access code? My unit sometimes turn on for around 5 seconds randomly via the excess vent. Also it sometimes turn off when it has not reached temp than comes on again after 5mins. Is it fair to ask for advantage air to come rectify the issue without costing me mone...

Thanks Echo, Mostly settled down now. Been making little changes to fittings but mostly ok. I have adjusted the return air vent to close more off which means more gushing noise but what this does is more air is forced out the other openings. Yeah, I checked the gutters and noticed one end of the gutters is pooling the wrong way and water collect at the end of the gutters. tempted to drill a hole and let it drain onto the roof tile below. ... Hi O2 and Bags, Yeah the tree has like tear drops pine cone like nuts and little spike like leaves... I think my work college says they are conifers. Parts of the tree turn brown from time to time. I don't care if it goes off balance cause he should have taken care of it when he subdivided the land....

Wife wanted to put three or four in the row across the back of the letter box there.
