We have daikin 8hp unit with 4 zones, I am told by the install guy I should always run for 2 zones at least, else it will be bad for the compressor. umehomes, sorry, I dont know, you should ask your builder why they placed them there. Sewer pipes should run externally where possible.

2) Ask the builder to clean this up for you as this should be shown on the inspection report 4) looks odd, I guess you will have a thick layer of concrete to bury these pipes, double and treble check to make sure these pipes are not broken.

I don't know if this helps, we reduced all our bay window height from 2300 to 1400 on the ground floor. we are pretty happy with the result, saved on plantation shutter cost (as it is measured in sqm), we have 2700 ceiling. It cost us nothing to reduce window size.

looks like the builder's surveyor didn't inspect the formwork before the pour of concrete. Sorry to hear your drama, yes, retaining walls/fence/landscape are expensive as I just found out....

Our slab was poured in similar weather last year (jul/2010), I was worried like you. By the time we got our keys this year (april/2011), there is no line of crack on our slab. I think your slab should be ok as long as dimensions are correct.
