The soakwells are shown on the plumbing plans which are not supplied to you. We only found out because the original location for the soakwells on their plans was not suitable. The contractor contacted the head office to get in touch with us and tell us that they have to install them at a lower point...

We did it ourselves - although after going around the house 4 times we were exhausted. Dents, scratches, runs, splatter, etc.... depending on the time of the day and the way the lights comes though the house we can still see some of them but I just ignore them now :)

hehehehe - at our age ::wink:: we kind of learned to "never argue with an idiot - coz they bring you down at their level and beat you with experience" :lol: :lol: :lol: not worth the effort. There are other ways to make them see the "light" hehehehe

good one - :lol: DH had the "women are too fussy" thrown at him at the repair stage when he mentioned that some of the plaster is a bit lumpy and wifey would not like it... that guy had to come back for a meeting with his Building Manager to explain the crap work and I had the opportunity ...
