Hi pangsit, I am a long way from you! Maybe someone else can help with an Independent Building Inspector that does Point Cook? Sleven - our 'immediate site start' took two weeks. From my experience, once they start they are on fire! Your only obstacle will be the weather. My kitchen went in today :)
