Does the camera have the capability to go up the vent pipe to check? NO! Also, the plumber who installed the new toilet was a shonk. you are correct, one plumber confirmed vent pipe wasn't checked. When both plumbers said they CCTV the pipes, I am assuming so. Does the camera have the capability to go up the vent pipe to check? I actually should double check with them.

It could be a few things. You may have an improperly vented system or you may have a clog further down the line. When that suddenly drains, it may create a vacuum that sucks the water out of the toilet. Either can cause this to happen depending on the exact layout of your toilet, shower, vanity ven...

Have considered a house and land package however have seen the contract and it advises that the building tender is valid for 90 days. Confused as land rego is not expected until dec 2015. Windows and gutters are dune. I just went of their display home (schofield at middleton grange)as all the colours went well together. The bi fold window looks fantastic!

Thanks for your replies. The power points are not included within the clipsal plans, so it will be their responsibility to get it done i supose. I also chose Mild Steel for my bricks. Colours went well. We chose option 2 from the lifestyle package so got the c/stone included for free. Didnt have to upgrade anything futher, so was happy with that. Plans are in council. So far so good. Thats great your frame are delivered so lets hope its smooth sailing for you after the slow start.

Yes mine also says NIL, Friends have built with other builders in their contract it had something like $250 Per week.

we are at the stage of signing off on the finals to go to council. I am getting kind of freaked out as i have heard reviews similair to yours :( We are in to deep now and just need to hope we have a happy experience with them. Thanks for your reply
