oakwood, Those are my thoughts to, but they are trying to do a little bluff at the moment. Wife and I and not impressed. As for your delays...Dont get me started, we signed in late June LAST year, then they announced the end of the Fisrt Home Grant and we got pushed aside. Slab went down in May this...

I am after a little advice, we are building tih SP, and have been having a little trouble.... My wife and I spent money on the ensuite, upgrading to a 1810 bath, paper trail leading back to before pre start and re confirmed at pre start. Plans from drafting can out with the 1810 bath and all looked ...
