It absolutely will be built. The only question is when . These governmental funding squabbles and delays are so frustrating  I don't think it's going to happen for at least 2-3 years yet  Wish I had a petition card, I'd sign that in a heartbeat. Might have to go down to Danielle Green's ...

The only minimum rule we employed when looking at floor plans was that minor bedrooms had to be at least 3m x 3m , and the master bedroom space had to be at least 4m x 4m . In my humble opinion, minor bedrooms that are smaller than 3x3 are just a bit too squishy. I don't know if that helps... but th...

One other thing to keep in mind is that a lot of those volume builder 3/4 bedroom homes have options lists/booklets that have ideas for expanding the space of the home in certain areas. Depends where you're located? Even though they are similar in price I suppose you save on delivery if you went through a supplier nearby. A place near us that has great turf is http://www.greenacreslawn.com.au/aboutus in Kinglake West. I think it's important to support the businesses in your local a...

Thanks everyone for your suggestion. kek, those nandinas are very pretty. But I must say, the 'little john' azalea which Felistopher is more my type. I love that its quite subtle but still has that nice red foliage. Do you know how high they would grow? Thanks. Good question... :th: :th: Not sure! ...

If they are down the hill from you, then is their patio area cut into the slope? Is there a retaining wall? If there is, they should have agi at the base of their wall to stop this problem. If they don't have a retaining wall (as you don't need one if the excavation cut is far enough away from the d...

They're an excellent mum and daughter plant  They have them at Diamond Valley Garden Centre. The lady we had create a landscape plan for us works there, and she recommended them for both mine and my mum's garden! It's brought us closer :P

What a cool looking facade! You're right, that pic wasn't very good. I found some more when I googled the proper name- 'little john' azalea. If you prefer foliage to flowers (I do too :) ) it's perfect as it rarely blooms. http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/af280/felicitycw/_5littlejohn.jpg http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums...

We also have black renegade cordylines on the side of the driveway. A lot of cordylines grow quite big and can pretty quickly make you...
