Great to hear you are noticing a difference I would recommend to everyone to take advantage of the rebate if they qualify. I am in the process of organising solar electricity and taking advantage of the $8,000 rebate hopefully I notice the difference on my bills

As far as I remember they put one coat of sealer on it at the time. Im not sure if this sealer needs to be reapplied over time which we didnt. It sounds as though they have explained to you in alot more detail than we were Good luck with it

I had a new house built in 1999 and we went for the option of coloured on top and now it looks terrible. It is all patchy and i feel it all needs to be redone. I suppose it all depends on who does the job and how good they are but I would recommend for my experience to get the colour right through t...

On reason they could have done this is because of a low roof height and it would be difficult to install in the smaller areas. It is usually called stringing in. There should be insulation packs up in the roof that they will lay out after if this is the case

Hi I do the energy ratings for Sherbrooke Constructions and my husband supplies the insulation in their dwellings. Neither company has had any problems with them and they are always polite and helpful. Hope this helps Regards Janelle

I work for an insulation company and we have some fantastic batts calld ASAB (accoustic sound absorbing batts). We build a music recording studio at home and we have these in the walls and ceiling and there is very minimal noise outside the studio. Regards Janelle

Hi Matt, Im sorry for the late reply but have just joined this site. I am an energy rater and also work for an insulation company. There are many different products that you can use to insulate your ceiling to achieve a higher rating with great results. Insulating the top half of your walls may help...
