Hey guys Has anyone had to have Telstra come out to dig a trench to the Telstra pit? I know I am paying $299 for the connection fee but because of the estate they also have to get people out to dig a trench to their pit. Has anyone had this done in the Doreen area and how much does it cost?? Thanks

I just spoke with an actual builder they said the lock on the front is actually a builders lock which means builders keys can open it and during hand over the proper one is put on which will be for our keys. But they said that sometimes that key can be left on site if organised.

My uncle is a builder and he says some builders leave a spare set on site so they can get in. Why would a tradie drive all the way over one side of town to pick up keys, drive all the way back to work on the house and then drive all the way back to drop them back off????

I guess its normal if they need to go, they gotta go and i suppose I would rather that then on my alfresco walls!!! I don't understand people who cant flush or wash hands. It is basic hygiene and also common sense! Well I guess its gloves and bleach for me when we move in!

Hi everyone!!! Just a question... I'm a bit confused. Our cabinets are in but I've got no floor tiles yet. Is that normal???? Some people thought I'd have a floor before cabinets and that they would go over the tiles. Is that the way it goes??? Thanks

Hey guys! My house has just about reached lock up stage and I was just wondering if anyone knows from experience how long builders usually take off around Christmas? When do they usually get back into things? All my work will be the inside so the cabinetry and walls and floors? Thanks Jenna
