Thanks for the reply... The wall is an internal wall between two rooms (lounge & family), but meets the external wall that runs across the two rooms. Couldn't see any other signs of dampness anywhere in house. Thx BB

Hi all, Our house is/was due to be ready by Xmas. 2 days ago we noticed a wet patch on slab under an internal wall in the adjoining rooms. The wall and ceilings in both rooms don't look like they've been affected so wondering if there could be a leak in the slab...builder will investigate today but ...
