We have have used Don's Fencing in Sunshine. They have always answered the phone and sent out quotes very quickly. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Our site costs were $8,000 + we fixed the rock for an extra $5,000..big mistake, they only found 3 rocks!!! Thats a 21sq house, H class slab, flat block, less than 300mm slope built by M. good luck!

i was just wondering the same thing! we also just started the completion stage with M. about 3 weeks ago our SS said we would not be done by christmas... they must really slow down if thats true. i just dont see how they can get to this stage so quickly and then cant manage to have the last stage fi...

we are building the Bellino with M in Melbourne, its only 21sq and they have put 248 days in our contract. we are due to start next week, fingers crossed. our CSC told me this morning that their builders are only taking 1.5 weeks off at christmas this year because they are so busy, thats good news!

we are in stage 62 also. our first soil test was done a couple of months ago... they hit rock on all 3 holes between 1100 - 1600mm. our site costs are fixed at $8000 and rock is fixed at $5000. Rocks below 1100 shouldnt be an issue. borg why is that? they told us they have to dig down 2.5m to put t...

we also have land in the newbury section, still waiting for the land to be titled. we were extremely cautious about the rock. we ended up fixing our rock costs for peace of mind. the rocks we can see coming out in our stage while they are building the roads had me a little worried!
