Wow that's very fast on the frame. Your SS must be a real whip cracker. We have 18 month only twins. In addition to Smoke Detectors we have a fire blanket and small extinguisher located in the kitchen of our rental home. IMO these 2 items are well worth the cost. Rgds Leonard. Our slab was poured today!! I don't have any pictures.. as I haven't been down there! But DP says he saw it with his very own eyes.. so it must be true! It was almost the PERFECT day for our slab to be poured.. so happy that it's finally all happening, I was worried it might bucket down today.. but...

Hi Guyz... We have an H class slab and were told the same ... i.e. the Alfresco and portico needs to be poured with the slab because of strength issues !!! I got my permits in the mail yesterday and I've now faxed them off to the bank! I also organised the availability of funds letter that the builder required.
