Ours will be east (8mtrs) and north 95mtr. We are also hoping to put a pool along side the east so that in summer it should be shaded by the house after 3pm or so....Hopefully, no sunburnt kiddies!

Yep, we paid the electritian $50 each for double power points, and light points (batton only) It was an additional $15 to install light fittings(eg downlights and pendants) . $80 fan/light combo, $60 per fan, and $70 each for the 3-in-1 fan,heat,lights for the bathroom.
