cant really see whats going on there, but can sort of understand from your description. Is the other side fixed? if so you should be able to se ethe fixing. Window can be partially pushed outWindows & Doors

While opening the window, I noticed the right side of the aluminium window can be partially pushed out (but not the whole way out). I can’t see any screws fixing it to the frame.
