I have seen my stone guy installing this. What he use is a black bond thinggy i think it is call epoxy. Or a special Glu that 2 in 1 mix. When it dry it become really hard that keep the edge of the sink attach to the underneath on the stone. You will need a wood to hold the sink when apply and leave...

Don't know abt linking them together. Never heard of it. But my house is a big 2 storey homes which need 2 x Rinnai Inst. 26+. What my plumber did is that left side of the house will be run by 1 unit and the other side will be run by other unit.

well, i don't think you can just replace the saturn range as the housing at the back is different. u need different housing that's why it only can be done with during construction that you specify you want a saturn switches then the builder can put in the housing.

Hi Chris, Mine is the same. The plumber came and install the bath and jackhammer my WC waste pipe. 2 of them in the wrong spot. Make a mess on my slab. Nothing is perfect I guess.

Very nice, Just realise that one of the waste pipe sit on the brick wall. They might need to cut the slab and reposition that. Just beware.

If this is your rental property forget abt the high ceiling. U might not even staying there in the future. Don't waste money, we all know that tenant will not pay more for high ceiling. U will be in shock howmuch I paying the brickie to add more course higher. That's only couple of hundred dollar. B...

I just had a quote for soakwells today - 284m2 house, 10 down pipes, 10 soakwells 1400 labor and materials. Pretty good I think! I did not give up guys. Yet ! Come to this stage is not an easy task. For those who thinking of building a double storey gonna think twise. Double storey take alot of work. It is a full time commitment. One stage I even be a bricklayer myself to build up the wall to certain height to allow the trade...

when i apply for my OB license it didn't have any condition that have to be owner occupy. the is different story with the first home grant which the owner need to occupy the house for at least 6 months. if you ask drafty to draw up plan and quote around you will find it is more expensive as builder need to mark-up higher b/c it is a custom build home unlike the display version which they known their margin and howmuch cost them to build. neither i heard good things abt perception and in-vogue. well, the best way is to use the security grill which come with the flyscreen as well. I never seen a flyscreen for door before except for sliding door.
