I have an old house with quite old tiles. What would be the cheapest option. To put porcelain on the top or good quality laminated flooring? Do I need to break these tiles off the floor to install porcelain / laminated or it can goes in the top? Thanks

Hello, I live in WA and love to do some simple renovation work in the backyard for example putting some tiles or painting some caprentery works ...etc. Is there any advise on non accredited courses to do such small jobs that take you. all I could find is Cert3 in TAFE.
