We have purchased a block by the water in Cleveland Brisbane and are looking to build. Metricon says expect a house to take 14 months to complete. Other companies like Clarendon, Domaine, Coral and Planation say 12 months. I think 14 months is probably more realistic. My son has warned me to watch o...
