Hardie Linea Vs BGC Nuline PlusBuilding A New House

We are building a house that was planned to be clad in Hardie Linea, our builder has now requested to swap this for BGC Nuline Plus. They look fairly similar and he has mentioned that Nuline Plus has a better energy rating. Is anyone able to tell me if there are any major differences between the 2? ...

Normally a door is 900mm. You should be able to have a swing door for your downstairs powder room, it just might be a little tight. I would have the door open to the sink. For your upstairs powder room, looks like you will lose bench space of the sink if you want a swing door. Would you consider ac...
