Construction cost 350m2 x $1,500/m2 = $525,000. This is a ballpark figure and can vary a lot depending on the finishes in the home. How can it be super cheap like this? Hi that is for a double story weatherboard with balcony at the rear, as we have rear sloping block. I didn't inform the builder glazing or ceiling heights. We only just received concept design so I was only after ballpark at this stage but those are good points thanks for that. Might let them know....
