Going with default floorplan (so far). Re: Fairhaven Homes Clovelly 248 in Melbourne North 2Mar 26, 2017 9:31 am I'm building the queenscliff in Riverwalk in werribee. I personally looked at every display house they had and got the upgrade lists from each of the queenscliff displays. I even looked at sever other builders displays to get ideas on things I liked. I researched the type of ovens I wanted and planned what I wanted in my dream house then worked out what I could do within budget during the build and a list of things to do after handover. Also consider the cost of doing during the build and the cost to do it after, for example we have gotten down lights downstairs during the build even though it's costly it would be more difficult to do afterwards but we didn't get downlights upstairs as we can get them done after the build at a cheaper price and have easy access, we have also added 2 oven towers with power provisions for 4 ovens but won't get the ovens until about a year after moving in but it would cost 4 times as much to put the power through after building Land deposit 14 Nov 2015 House deposit 4/9/16 Land title 15/5/17 Quote signed off 28/1/17 Colour selection 21/2/17 Tender appointment 28/3/17 Developer Building approval ???
