Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 05, 2016 11:40 pm So I was hoping to build at Providence Ripley with Ausbuild but due to issues with the valuation I am looking to build with Sekisui at Ecco Ripley. It is a terrace for $277,000 turn key spec home. The good thing is I dont have to pay progress payments and it's one contract. The bad point is I can't choose the outside or inside colours or anything inside. It's all been picked out already. I paid a deposit today and i just have to wait for my broker to get a valuation Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Building with Sekisui at Ecco Ripley 3Dec 05, 2016 7:04 pm My plans.
