I think from memory her parents or in laws were getting the keys and she was going there after work.... or that was someone else
So she should update us soon I reckon! so exciting

Haha you guys are hilarious!! Yes, the in laws picked up the keys this morning as hubby and I had to work.
I couldn't wait until tomorrow to see the house so we decided to do 1 trip to start the moving process and do a little touch up cleaning while we were there.
Finally I can say, after 8 months of admin and 5 months of construction, we are finally moving into our brand new first home
I only managed to snap a few pics while there as we were busy unpacking and cleaning all the new dinnerware and cutlery etc.

Landscapers have done the front yard prep work with soil and garden edging - just waiting on the plants to go in.
There's something wrong with our internal garage door as it won't open for some reason?? Feels like it's stuck and we don't want to force it in case we break something. I texted our SS to have a look at it so hopefully he does that ASAP.
Our mirrors still need changing and our WIR still needs fixing but both will be done next week. Lucky the in laws only live 15mins away so they can easily pop over if we need to let tradies in while we're working
YAAAAY FOR HANDOVER!! It feels so surreal!
