Long story short, atrocious customer service. They told me that they didn't need my business and abused me when I said I wanted to change suppliers because I wasn't happy with their service

Whilst it's not nice to say that 'if or when they are on their last legs of the business, they might think back to all the times they abused or pawned off customers 'saying we don't need your business', it's fair enough that we as consumers should feel respected and valued for giving them business. A sticky feeling in my mouth is enough for me to say yeah.. this won't be a good experience.
We are still trying to finalise our feature tiles for our house and we felt that feeling at Beaumonts at Loganholme just the other week.
