Thank goodness it's all starting. Brokers are crap. I've always gone direct to bank. Quick, no problem. We just sold our old place and the purchaser used a broker. Well! FFS nearly killed me. We were a month over settlement and had to go to the house (1 hour drive each way) 3 times to meet bank valuer for an inspection. Yes, that's right, they went through 3 banks with their broker. Sorry Marsh, your probably over that now and don't want to see the word broker ever again Anyway, onwards and upwards YAY! Great that there is now action. If I can keep up with Tapatalk I'll be following (I get lost -- used to big 'puter). Oh can you tell I'm impressed with hubby's choice of light for entry? Love other one too - I have that in my dressing room/WIR. haha Re: Building with Simonds in Adelaide 619Dec 21, 2016 6:49 am TomCat Wow, just caught up on your thread. We're swaying towards Hubby's choice of light now, I'm thinking it'll throw off more light than the shiny web-like one, I do so love that other one though Out of interest, who did you have as your SS? Our guys a Liverpudlian, seems on the ball so I'm hoping we got a good one Re: Building with Simonds in Adelaide 620Dec 21, 2016 12:35 pm Andy?
