We are building on Stage 15 Bartley release. Valuation came back a couple of weeks ago and we are just waiting for the title release before our builder can do any soil testing. Thanks, tweaker95b Soil tests will be possible on the 8th November. If you miss out on this day they will be able to be completed early to mid December when public access is expected. Hi butters7388, Yes we are aware that they can do their soil test next week. However, my builder said that they would rather do it when the block is already registered as some investigations can only be done on registered land and it seems the developer is not able to provide a compaction report at this time (which my builder said they require). is your builder going to do their soil test next week? Cheers Mine will be doing ours next week. My lot has no fill so compaction report won't be needed. Re: Who's building in Capestone, Mango Hill ? 180Nov 04, 2016 7:10 pm caitnkase samlee Hi everyone.
