Were you able to get things fixed for your 3 month review with another builder or are you still waiting for insurance? The insurers processed our claim very quickly. KDR - Under the Flight Path (Dennis Family Homes) Hi Rondy, we haven't put a claim thru insurance, yet, hubby spoke to someone regarding the process and what is needed to place a claim, so we are just compiling our list. Luckily we don't really have anything urgent to repair, mostly cosmetic stuff. Just being busy installing our garden shed as we were storing most things in our garage so we had to park both cars in our driveway, which was a pain especially on hot days or when I had grocery bags. Anyway clothesline has also being installed now, so I can stop using my dryer! Now that we have more free time we will look at any maintances issues. So happy for you that insurances processed yr claim, at least that's one good thing to come out! Will keep out for your posts as I'm interested how DFH travel. Good luck and I want to see heaps of pictures along the way. KDR - Under the Flight Path (Dennis Family Homes) Hi rondy, did you get the list from DFH of all the standard and upgrade bricks? We looked at both website narrowed it down and then went to look at the bricks on display to get a better picture. Hope that helps Re: KDR - Under the Flight Path (Dennis Family Homes) 91Mar 23, 2016 8:39 pm Colours today (third time lucky!). The consultant at DFH was lovely & helpful when we were unsure. So again we went safe with neutral colours. Hoping to sign contracts in the next week. Can't wait to get started. I found a YouTube video of the Hawkesdale. The living areas look enormous. I hope our finishes come out as well. Looking at the video I'm so glad we widen the island bench to 1m.
