That should be valid for 6 months. Oh wow, I thought loan approvals only lasted for a couple of months! Kaycee you are a wealth of knowledge. v_power Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1752Nov 06, 2016 9:02 pm Hi all, is anyone building here with Elderton or has any experience in dealing with them. Have read they had staffing issues but they have hired plenty and should not be a problem. I am looking at their Lane28, mine being a corner block. Hi Jaff Yeah i looking at lane 28 or alton 27 as the price is quite attractive. I am just worried about the negative reviews as there are a few recent negative reviews. Habe they given you an estimate, pm me if you dont mind. I just met them forbthe first time yesterday and they just gave me a starting price. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 1758Nov 07, 2016 7:28 am Jaff Yes, I have an estimate. Price went up by $3k last week and another 3k in December. I will send you the estimate. Thanks a lot.. do you want my email address or does pm work on this forum. I am going from a secure Government job to being self-employed, so the 6 month period will help if there's any delay in land registration.
