Wow things are moving along 100km/hr now. Got the call last week that they are ready to start delivering the parts of the house. So PM and SS hat on, done our site prep, had the portaloo delivered, lining up all our trades, site inspections, site access for the delivery trucks etc. Footings starting today (although it's currently raining) so about to head to site to unlock everything for them before work starts! We might even be in before our sons 1st birthday mid August!
