Tiler shows up and doesn't have tiles, doesn't have the right grout and doesn't have epoxy paint to fix my floors. Plus the baulestrade has to come off the balcony which is ridiculous because I asked about this and the SS said it did not. This is after 4 separate inspections by Tiles Direct and Masterton. This is just a waste of time. Imagine if we had to take time off work to be there....this is the third time that this has happened with these fixes to the house. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13029Dec 29, 2016 3:12 pm Can anyone show me pictures of their garage ceilings and how it looks with their garage door open (double all in one door)? I'm a bit worried the PowerPoint is going to be blocked when the door is open and am wondering how I will open/close it if we have a blackout as I'm sure the cord is going there too. Was it yourself MGardz that had an issue like this? Ours is probably different as we have 3.6m high ceilings in the garage, but here's a pic in case it helps! http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_4909_zpsibnvqihk.jpg Masterton Overture 17/12/14 - Handover ...... we got the keys !! blog - http://www.mcnamaraadventure.blogspot.com Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13032Dec 29, 2016 4:03 pm is this more what you need? http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_4911_zps1zebzfn8.jpg http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_4912_zpsrrtugrpn.jpg Masterton Overture 17/12/14 - Handover ...... we got the keys !! blog - http://www.mcnamaraadventure.blogspot.com Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13033Dec 29, 2016 4:20 pm Yes - thanks heaps for that! Our ceilings are just under 3m in the garage and it drops down from the rest of the house. Just wasn't sure how far along the ceiling the garage door goes when it's open but looking at yours I think it'll be ok! Time to get the tap measure out! Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13034Dec 30, 2016 8:05 am NJC our issue was they mounted the PowerPoint like Gillyms but we have rollers not a panel lift. In effect we have these two powerpoints for free which has been a good thing lol hubby has used them a few times Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 13035Jan 04, 2017 7:14 am zoeebabyy Hi all, I've been following this thread for a little while now as my partner & I are looking at building but are unsure of what path we plan to take. We both like a floor plan that M has to offer so that's a good start I think. Question I have is... I've pretty much heard all the negative & bad with Masterton. Can someone tell me the good? Has anyone had a good experience? Thanks Hi Zoeebabyy, The sales team and the billing dept are very efficient. I won't comment on the construction staff. Builder: ....... Two questions whilst M is still on holidays () - we have a drop edge beam at the front/side of our garage - will they fill it (see pic)? - can I see pics of anyone's retaining walls? We have a few and are looking at the woodgrain concrete sleepers but unsure as it will be quite costly to use! Here's a pic of ours..... http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_1308_zpsjnqdwvyx.jpg As for retaining walls, we used fairly standard charcoal block type ones, plus we had leftover bricks so out the front we used them for garden beds..... here's some pics.... http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_2330_zps6muw4mo8.jpg http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_2899_zpsrxhrqc9b.jpg http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_2886_zpszf7uqvks.jpg http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz241/GillyM63/IMG_2878_zps2u00sjcv.jpg Enjoy your landscaping!!!
