Ours is split level (3 different levels) and our contract says 32 weeks ...... 26 sounds great!! At 32 weeks, we won't be in till mid November!! (at least!)

Rollers are so much better but someone told me they will most likely use spray guns because its quicker but means the paint isnt as thick Ours was brushes for the corners and rollers. Luckily they were all good so I signed and dropped off this morning. Our construction certificate has been applied for. I was told this would take about two weeks. Can you tell me if I have to wait for the certificate to validate or if we can do it while we are waiting? You must be so excited to see your build happening.
