I was waiting for details. How is everything? How's it feel being in your own home I love my new home, such a relief to finally be in. Our build ended up being 25 weeks from site start, it felt like forever. We got an independent inspector and although they picked up quite a few things they were only minor and they said we had a quality build. I am still waiting for things to be fixed / completed, I have been told all the trades are coming in on the 27th April, trying not to be sceptical as there were a lot of 'yes that will be done' and it wasn't. We still have lots of unpacking to do but most of the big things have been done. The electrician has done all the pendants, aerial, mounted the tv and outside lights. The heating and cooling guys came in and did their stuff. The concreter is coming in next week and then the landscaper. All falling in place.
