Yeah, definitely! We got our keys last day before they closed for Xmas. But they had over 2 weeks to get the issues fixed. In their contract they say they will have them done in 10 working days. So we gave them 12-13 working days. We got told a couple of things couldn't get fixed until after xmas because the window guys couldn't do it so that was ok. So when I went to pick up the keys I was told everything on the list was done. But NONE of the list of issues were fixed! I hadn't been out to the site as the SS and I couldn't catch up with his schedule and mine leading into xmas. So wasn't happy when we finally got the keys and to our house and noticed nothing had been done! I rang the SS that night. He said sorry and that he will get onto it first thing in the new year. I've spoken to him once since then! It's crap! I decided to go to our building progress girl she has been working with our SS to get trades fix it. I had the day off today as they said they had tradies coming today to fix most of the issues. I got tradies that came and said not my issue. And didn't do any work. very annoyed! They will be getting a very angry email tomorrow. I learnt that you need everything in writing! Because if it's not they just disagree with you and say it's not what they said!
