Garage door installed. First coat of render was on. It's really starting to come together now. I'll be very excited when the floors start going on. I watch your build and know I'll be there shortly! It's so close I can taste it. Where did they put your heater return vent? Was it near the laundry? We are happy to be paid directly by the neighbours but you must understand that you would be responsible for their portion of payment should they fail to pay. Less than ideal I know, but it gets messy when we have to chase payment from people who have had no contact with up till that point. " Is this the norm? Surely not.
