Slab is due to go down end of next week. We also added a bath upstairs plus a retreat (kids playroom). We flipped the study for the master room and extended the kitchen by nearly 2m from memory. Removed the walking pantry closing off the laundry and put a new entrance to the laundry by the stairs. Our prestart was great but unfortunately the lady left last Friday. We have dealt with her replacement and she seems great as well. We have added quite a few extras at prestart, overhead cupboards, drawers, finger pull cupboards and drawers etc etc. Some electrical costs are - Double power points are $66. Extra lights are $50. TV point $150. Good luck. Re: First build - Ben Trager: WAS going smoothly! 120Jun 19, 2013 12:05 am mrssmith - your plan sounds awesome, would love to see it! Cabinetry, electrical and smart wiring, anticon and bathroom fittings and fixtures were where we spent most of our money. If you want an idea of any prices just ask, happy to share antzz - congrats on your soon to be slab, how exciting! How have you found BT? Again, changes your made to your plan sound fab. My Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=62841 nothing to do with salespeole. you'd do well to read and ccomprehend the post before bashing away at the keys with some negative comment again. 4 5048 8 3960 5 4914 |
