Hi zappa sorry I don't think I've been on that side so wouldn't know anything regarding registration etc.
Hi lania I had a quick look at the price list and all i can say is if you can afford it now, to get in before the prices increase even more. I am not sure where exactly the edmondson ridge will be located? Might be best to try and have a look if possible or call the agent to get an idea of what the land looks like even.
Hi runlikeyum, land releases are usually from big developers like landcom. Usually you will be waiting anywhere between 6 months or more before the land is registered and you can begin building. From previous experience, land on realestate.com.au are either already registered or very close to registering. For my partner and I we liked that registration was far away as we are in no rush to begin building so we could use this time to save. I think you might still be able to get a single story for 650k but the last few times I have seen properties on sale in EP it has been 700k+. Definitely recommend talking to builders to see if any house and land packages are available. They might cost you more than buying the land then building the house separately but it is an easier process since you don't have to go through all the admin side of things like you do when choosing a builder, house. Hope this helps somewhat.
Hi jazz926, we were able to drive in. Our actual street was still fenced off but we were able to squeeze through past a fence. Lots of tradies around and they didn't care. Was pretty awesome 😊
