Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Sep 14, 2011 6:56 pm We have just renovated our bathroom and we need some things to put on the wall. In particular, above the toilet (which faces the door) I want something to hang there to give a bit of life to the room. Essentially, the room has no windows as it is in the middle of the house, and it has a skylight. The tiles are glossy off white and the walls are about to be painted in a similar colour. The toilet and vanity are white. The floor tiles are a very light sort of a very milky tea colour As soon as the bathroom door is opened you look straight ahead to a large mirror, behind which is shelving. Under the mirror is the white vanity and to the right is the white toilet. So - I want to give the room a bit of a lift as otherwise it could look a bit hospital like.... The rest of the house is jarrah floor boards and off white walls. Am toying with painting the bathroom wall in a very very pale mint green - am not sure.... Either way, I need some wall art and was thinking perhaps I could make something myself with tiles. Does anyone have any suggestions?
